Jaybird Senior Living in Dubuque, IA, seeks a Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) to serve residents and staff, model care, and support the organization’s vision. You will advocate for residents, lead by example, and ensure smooth operation across healthcare and culinary functions.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare and/or culinary services is required.
• One to three years of managerial experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate resident services across healthcare and culinary teams.
• Follow Individualized Service Plans and notify supervisors of deviations.
• Maintain resident safety, confidentiality, and high-quality service.
• Assist with activities, engage residents, and support staff.
• Participate in hiring, training, and enforcing PPE requirements.
