Job summary

Jaybird Senior Living is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to serve as a point of contact for residents and staff in the healthcare department. The role leads by example, models care expectations, advocates for the community’s vision, and supports smooth resident services operations.

The position emphasizes care, communication, coordination, and confidentiality, with duties spanning clinical support, staff collaboration, and resident engagement in a supportive aging environment.

Qualifications

• Healthcare experience in a care setting or equivalent education.
• Leadership and team coordination responsibilities in healthcare.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs and document deviations per the ISP in the EHR.
• Follow residents' ISP and daily task sheets.
• Review clinical notes for accuracy in the EHR.
• Communicate status changes to supervisors and clinical staff.
• Uphold HIPAA confidentiality and infection control procedures.
• Assist with activities and encourage resident engagement.
• Participate in hiring and training staff and maintain staff schedules.
