• Supervise care staff and ensure safety and quality of care.
• Train QMAPs/PCP and assist with scheduling medical appointments and transportation.
• Assist in marketing and ensuring adequate staffing for each shift.
• Maintain accurate medication records, participate in quality improvement activities.
• Monitor compliance with policies and complete incident reports in EMR.
