You will orient new residents, confirm eligibility, and ensure safety and privacy while supporting residents and visitors.

The role requires teamwork, basic Microsoft Office skills, and a Christ-centered approach; flexibility for holidays, weekends, and overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience in human services or social services preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse clients.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process intake paperwork for assistance at admission.
• Orient and settle residents into agency residential life.
• Distribute resources (food, toiletries, linens) to clients as needed.
• Maintain front desk hospitality and respond professionally to callers.
• Check client eligibility before distributing resources and monitor safety.
