Job summary

Catholic Charities Eastern Washington is seeking a social services coordinator to oversee coordination and implementation of services within sponsored apartment complexes. You will provide case management, referrals, and work with on-site teams and volunteers to ensure residents receive essential services.

The role requires engagement with community agencies, maintaining confidential records, and meeting HUD/CQI reporting requirements, with ongoing education and coordination across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or related field preferred.
• One-year residential setting experience preferred.
• Ability to access services with familiarity of community agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide general case management and referral service to residents.
• Monitor ongoing provision of professional and volunteer services.
• Provide regular educational opportunities for residents.
• Collaborate with on-site management staff and volunteers.
• Document in resident files per HUD and CQI requirements.
• Maintain and update community resource files.
• Adhere to HIPAA protections.
