Job summary

Pullman, WA-based housing program seeks a Housing and Social Services Coordinator to help residents access community resources and social services within a residential apartment community. The role focuses on building positive relationships, navigating programs, and coordinating services for residents.

The ideal candidate has experience in social services and case management, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive for work.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with community agencies and connecting individuals with resources.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, documentation, and case management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social/Human Services or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management, resource navigation, and referral services to residents.
• Connect residents with community agencies, social services, and support programs.
• Coordinate resident services, educational opportunities, and community resources.
• Maintain accurate case notes, resident files, referrals, follow-ups, and HUD documentation.
• Collaborate with on-site management, volunteers, and community partners.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements.
• Follow mandated reporting and organizational policies.
• Support positive resident outcomes in team settings.
