Regents Park at Aventura is seeking a compassionate, organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the welcoming face for residents, families, and visitors, handling non-clinical questions and coordinating with multiple departments.

Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, escorting residents to activities, and ensuring accurate information about amenities and schedules. No prior experience is required; we value communication, confidentiality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No previous customer-service experience required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.

• Ability to work collaboratively with residents, families, visitors, and facility departments.

Responsibilities

• Respond to telephone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Welcome and assist residents, families, and visitors.
• Conduct daily resident rounds and follow up on requests and concerns; provide accurate information about facility, amenities, schedules, and services.
• Address customer-service concerns respectfully and escalate clinical, safety, or grievance matters to the appropriate team member.
• Coordinate non-clinical requests with nursing, dietary, activities, housekeeping, maintenance, therapy, social services, and other departments.
• Maintain accurate service logs and track requests through completion.
• Assist with family communication and meeting coordination.
• Safely escort residents to activities, therapy, and dining after completing training.
• Provide front-desk coverage during breaks and short absences.
• Manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining organization, professionalism, and confidentiality.
