Responsibilities

• Greet facility visitors and route to appropriate individuals.
• Answer telephone and relay messages.
• Take employment applications and forward to department head.
• Receive and distribute mail and perform clerical duties.
• Maintain an orderly, confidential, and safe work environment.
• Screen visitors and staff prior to entering the facility.
• Attend department and staff meetings as assigned.
