Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, determine nature of call, and relay information within the facility as necessary.
• Operate paging/telephone system and locate personnel through paging system as needed.
• Maintain a current list of residents by name and room number, emergency contacts, department extensions, and key personnel.
• Report suspicious persons or information to visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, and supervisor as appropriate.
• Ensure guests and visitors abide by existing rules.
