Job summary

Henderson Nursing and Rehab in Henderson, KY is seeking a Receptionist to greet visitors, answer phones, and support daily administrative tasks in a compassionate, resident-focused environment.

The schedule is 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a friendly team and opportunities to grow within the facility.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and good communication, with at least six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 6 months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone, determine nature of call, and relay information within the facility as necessary.
• Operate paging/telephone system as required and locate personnel through paging system as needed.
• Maintain a current list of residents by name and room number, emergency phone numbers of on-call personnel, department extensions, key personnel, etc.
• Reports suspicious persons/information to visitors, guests, residents, sales representatives, etc.
• Reports suspicious persons/information supervisor immediately.
• Ensure guests/visitors abide by existing rules.
