Brookfield Properties is seeking an on-site Community Office Coordinator in Everton to manage office activities for the apartment community and serve as the first point of contact for residents and families. You will plan and promote social programs and ensure high-quality customer service at the property.

You will log service requests, coordinate with contractors, handle leasing policies, and ensure compliance with corporate and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• This position requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: General Studies degree.
• 1–2 years of customer service and resident retention experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates general business office activities of an apartment community and answers residents' questions.
• First point of contact with residents and families; provides high level customer service.
• Prepares service requests and works with contractors to ensure timely completion.
• Maintains leasing knowledge and performs leasing/renewal tasks per policy.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and relevant laws; handles packages and mail.
