Job summary

Brookfield Properties Multifamily LLC is seeking a resident-focused professional to coordinate office activities at an Everton apartment community. You will be the first point of contact for residents, delivering high levels of customer service and addressing questions or concerns.

Responsibilities include planning social and recreational programs, processing service requests, and working with contractors to ensure quality work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / GED (minimum).
• 1–2 years of customer service and resident retention experience required.
• Additional degree(s) in General Studies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate general business office activities of the apartment community.
• Be the first point of contact with residents and provide high level of customer service.
• Plan, implement and promote social programs for residents and assist leasing.
• Prepare service requests and coordinate with contractors to ensure timely work.
• Assist with leasing and lease renewals and maintain leasing policies.
• Ensure compliance with Corporate Office and Fair Housing policies and procedures.
