Arden Courts of Fair Oaks in Virginia is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to lead day-to-day operations of the care team and ensure high-quality, person-centered nursing and memory care services. You will oversee assessments, care planning, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with families and physicians.

The role requires 2-3 years of supervisory experience in gerontological nursing, an active LPN/RN license in Virginia (RN preferred), and strong communication and leadership

Qualifications

• 2-3 years supervisory experience in gerontological nursing, including dementia population.
• Current active LPN or RN license in state of practice; RN preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, supervise care staff, and coordinate resident services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of person-centered nursing and memory care services.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing and caregiving staff.
• Conduct nursing assessments and develop/update individualized service plans.
