Job summary

University Retirement Community in Davis, CA is seeking a passionate Resident Care Coordinator to lead our Assisted Living team and ensure warm, person-centered care for residents. You’ll supervise scheduling, training, and daily coordination, manage staffing, budgets, and documentation, and collaborate with residents and families to address concerns while maintaining high care standards.

A valid RN license, 2+ years of nursing experience in assisted living or long-term care, and CPR/First Aid

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ professional nursing experience in Assisted Living or long-term care.
• Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting.
• Valid RN license and CPR/First Aid certification are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the care team, including scheduling, training, and daily coordination.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and documentation to keep operations running smoothly.
