Job summary

Integral Senior Living is seeking a Resident Care Coordinator in California to assist the Director of Resident Care in delivering optimal resident care across Assisted Living and Memory Care units. You will coordinate care with caregivers and medication aides, supervise staff development, and ensure compliance with federal/state policies.

The role emphasizes staff scheduling, training, and coordination of assessments, while maintaining accurate documentation and supporting operations to maintain

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certifications as required by the state.
• Prefer one year of residential care experience for elderly or dementia.
• Prefer six months of supervisory experience in a health-related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Resident Care in all areas to promote optimal resident care and department efficiency.
• Coordinate resident care services with caregivers and medication aides.
• Develop staff through supervision, orientation, and ongoing training.
• Monitor compliance with Federal and State policies governing resident care.
• Schedule and supervise department staff and ensure adequate staffing levels.
• Oversee education programs for caregivers and medication aides as regulated by licensing requirements.
• Coordinate resident assessments, care plans, and regular reassessments with the Director of Resident Care.
• Maintain care documentation and data entry related to resident care records.

Education
