Job summary

Touchmark, LLC in McKinney, TX, seeks a friendly Housekeeper to maintain spotless resident homes and community spaces. You will ensure clean, healthy, and inviting surroundings for residents and guests, contributing to a warm, home-like atmosphere.

A high school diploma is preferred; English reading/writing required. Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM with varying opportunities; pay: $16–$19/hour based on experience. Benefits include PTO, health insurance, education assistance, and more.

7:00AM - 3:30PM with varying schedule opportunities!
$16-$19 per hour (Depending on Experience)

The ideal candidate will:

• Have a commitment to Touchmark's values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Have experience working as a housekeeper in a resort or retirement community, though this is not required
• Be willing to work occasional weekends and holidays
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
