Job summary

Westmont Living seeks an experienced Clinical Specialist/Resident Services Specialist to support our communities in California. The role requires an LVN and 3+ years of multi-site clinical experience, with supervisory responsibilities and travel up to 95% to assist AL/MC sites.

Ideal candidates will reside in Southern or Northern CA or relocate to Southern CA, with strong customer service, organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-site clinical experience.
• LVN degree is required.
• Supervisory/management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision.
• Familiar with state licensing requirements.
• Will travel up to 95% to support communities.
• Strong customer service track record with measurable results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.

The ideal candidate will reside in Southern/ Northern CA or willing to relocate to Southern CA. Ideal candidates will have Assisted Living/ Memory Care experience.

What we need from you:

• 3 + years of successful multi-site clinical experience
• Must have experience in AL and/or MC communities.
• LVN degree – must have
• Supervisory and management experience including hiring staff, coaching, performance management, daily operations supervision, discipline, and counseling.
• Business analytic skills with the ability to link information to action and results
• Familiar with state licensing requirements
• Willingness to travel 95%
• Strong customer service track record with measurable results
• Competent in organizational, time management skills
• Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, August Health etc.
• Must be able and willing to fill in for the Resident Services Director Position within the community as needed.
