Tapestry Senior Living in Moon Township, PA, is seeking a Resident Services Director (LPN or RN) to lead and oversee resident care and wellness programs. You will supervise the Resident Services team, hire, train, coach, and conduct performance management to ensure the highest quality of life for residents.

Requirements include a current LPN/RN license in PA, 1+ year in assisted living or similar healthcare setting (3+ years preferred), CPR certification, and ongoing CEUs.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license in PA in good standing.
• 1+ year of experience in Assisted Living or similar healthcare setting; 3+ years preferred.
• CPR certification and ongoing CEUs for license renewal.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee resident care and wellness programs to ensure quality of life.

• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and other departments; maintain communication.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and oversee all aspects of resident care and wellness programs to ensure the highest quality of life for residents.
• Supervise and support the Resident Services team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Conduct and review resident assessments and care plans, ensuring services meet individual needs and comply with state regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and other departments to coordinate care and maintain communication.
• Monitor medication management, infection control practices, and documentation accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and company policies.
• Be available on-call for emergencies and provide leadership coverage as needed.

What You’ll Need:

• Current LPN or RN license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Assisted Living, Long-Term Care, or a similar healthcare setting (3+ years preferred).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to model and reinforce desired cultural values, helping reset expectations and elevate team engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Compassion and commitment to serving the senior population.
• Current CPR certification and ongoing CEUs for license renewal.
• Willingness to work occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.
