Job summary

Tapestry Senior Living in Springboro, Ohio, is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a part-time evening shift. Starting pay is $26.00 per hour with experience credit. You will provide resident care, administer medications, coordinate services, and guide care staff to ensure quality outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide care in alignment with Assisted Living regulations and residents’ individual needs

• Administer medications and monitor resident health

• Maintain a clean, safe, and compassionate environment

What You’ll Need:

• Active and unencumbered LPN license in the State of Ohio, required
• Current CPR/First Aid certification, required
• 1+ years of experience in a related field, required
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills
