Job summary

Tapestry Senior Living in Springboro, Ohio is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, resident-centered care in our assisted living community.

This part-time role offers starting pay of $26.00 per hour, a schedule of 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:30 PM with one weekday and one weekend every four weeks, and opportunities for growth, teamwork, and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Active and unencumbered LPN license in the State of Ohio
• Current CPR/First Aid certification
• 1+ years of experience in a related field
• Strong communication, leadership, and organization skills

Responsibilities

• Provide care in alignment with Assisted Living regulations and residents’ individual needs
• Assist with planning and coordination of services under the direction of the Resident Services Director
• Administer medications and monitor resident health
• Lead, support, and guide care staff to ensure consistent quality
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compassionate environment
