Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Two+ years of experience in social service delivery with elderly and/or family population.
• Demonstrated knowledge of supportive services and resources in the local area.
• Ability to advocate, organize, problem-solve and deliver results for residents.
• English proficiency (read, speak, and write).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and provide a range of educational materials for residents.
• Create materials and obtain resources from community service organizations.
• Act as relocation specialist to plan, coordinate, and communicate in-place renovations and temporary relocations during construction.
