Mercy Housing is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator II for Connection Angle Lake Apartments in SeaTac, WA. The role drives on-site programs, tracks outcomes, and connects residents with essential resources to promote stability. Experience with IDD populations is strongly preferred.

Schedule varies; full-time on-site role with a generous benefits package. Pay ranges from $28 to $30 per hour, plus a sign-on bonus up to $2,000.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years in community development, social services, or related field preferred.

• Collect and record data for program components and reporting.
• Evaluate program outcomes regularly.
• Develop understanding of residents to guide them to services.
• Collaborate with Mercy Housing and partner agencies to enhance routines.
