Mercy Housing is seeking a Maintenance Manager for Terraces at Parkview in Lithonia, GA. This on-site, full-time role oversees maintenance, budgets, and vendor contracts for 90 affordable housing units and coordinates with property management to ensure safe, well-maintained living spaces.

Pay ranges $23.37–$28.26/hour, with benefits including paid time off, healthcare, retirement plan, parental leave, and life insurance. On-site position with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience in skilled maintenance work.
• Technical expertise in one or more building trade.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle.
• Fluent English communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Patch and paint walls, trim, and ceilings.
• Clean, repair, and maintain appliances.
• Prepare units for new residents, including turnover work.
• Perform routine plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Assist with maintenance budget oversight.
• Coordinate and manage vendor contracts with property management.

The Maintenance Manager will work in collaboration with property management to oversee building maintenance functions, budget, and vendor contracts for Terraces at Parkview. A beautiful property providing 90 units of affordable housing for families in Lithonia, GA.

Pay: $23.37 -28.26 /hour, dependent on experience

• Early close Fridays (3 paid hours each Friday)
• Early close prior to a holiday (3 paid hours)

Duties
