EAH Housing seeks a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to work at Point Reyes Family (27-unit) and Walnut Place (25-unit) housing communities in Point Reyes Station, CA. 1-2 years of social work or activities coordination experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA Degree in Social Services, Healthcare or related field.
• 1-2 years of social service experience working with elderly, families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees the delivery of resident services and program activities both on-site and off-site.
• Provides information, referrals and conducts needs assessments to determine beneficial programs.
• Develops relationships with residents and conducts outreach to encourage participation in activities.
• Assists residents in learning new skills and staying engaged through social, educational and StayWell activities.
• Connects residents to local food resources and facilitates distributions when needed.
• Maintains budgets, program files and documents in online databases and regulatory systems.
