EAH Housing is seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator for Point Reyes Family (27-unit) and Walnut Place (25-unit) in Point Reyes Station, CA. The role focuses on delivering resident services, building community, and connecting residents to available resources.

Qualified candidates will have 1-2 years of social work experience and/or activities coordination for seniors or families. Competitive benefits and a structured training environment are provided.

Qualifications

• BA Degree in Social Services, Healthcare or related field.
• 1-2 years of social service experience working with elderly, families.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and oversees the delivery of resident services and program activities to residents both on and off-site.
• Provides information, assistance, and resident services referrals and engages in follow-up.
• Obtains resident feedback via annual Resident Satisfaction Survey.
• Develops supportive relationships with residents and conducts outreach to encourage participation.
