Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BA degree or two years of experience in affordable housing management is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of management, training and evaluation experience with Tax Credit properties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistent application of property rules and lease documents; report violations.
• Process and maintain resident files at move-in and recertification.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate staff.
• Ensure HUD, TCAC, Home Program, RHCP, CAL HFA and other program compliance.
