Job summary

ABODE COMMUNITIES is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to oversee light case management and coordinate services for residents at affordable housing developments in Los Angeles County. You will work under the supervision of senior leaders to connect residents with social services and promote community engagement.

The role emphasizes collaboration with on-site Beyond Homes services, strong communication, and the ability to travel within the service area.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with at least 2 years of related experience in social work, human services, case management, or related field.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to work some evenings and Saturdays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to travel within service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide light case management and coordinate services with on-site Beyond Homes program and local partners.
• Engage residents and coordinate activities to promote wellness and reduce isolation.
• Track programs and referrals using attendance, notes, and ResidentConnect database.
• Collaborate with service providers to support permanent housing stability for residents.
