Job summary

Woodleigh Chase by Erickson Senior Living in Fairfax, Virginia, seeks a General Services Coordinator to provide customer service to residents, staff and visitors. You will handle office tasks, answer calls, and manage work orders in the Mainstar system.

The role is on-site, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, with compensation starting at $21–$24 per hour, paid bi-weekly, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, PTO, 401(k) match and onsite wellness services.

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills including the ability to create documents and use in-house programs.
• Office experience preferred.
• Experience with the general public, specifically the senior population.

Responsibilities

• Assist with office work, filing, and distribution of interoffice mail.
• Answer calls, take requests, and follow up on work orders from residents and staff.
• Enter, distribute and complete all work orders through the Mainstar Program, generating reports as needed.
• Maintain the schedules and work orders for Housekeeping.
• Organize, maintain and update program records, including residential apartment and vendor information for billing purposes.
• Maintain inventory of office supplies for General Services.
