Job description

Description

1015 W Columbia Way, Vancouver, WA 98660

Welcome to the next generation in senior living, The Springs Living! Our purpose is to change the way people think, feel, and experience senior living, which starts with changing the way people work in senior living. To accomplish this, we prioritize quality to enhance people’s lives – not only in our services and housing options for independent living, assisted living, and memory care, but also as an employer.

Relationship Coordinator – The Springs at The Waterfront

The Springs at The Waterfront is situated along the southern facing Vancouver riverfront and will provide approximately 250 private residences for those 62 and older. This state-of-the-art, 12-story senior living community will offer a variety of floor plans that feature stunning views. Interior spaces are warm and inviting, featuring high-end amenities and services suitable to an urban setting, including secure underground parking. This brand-new community is nothing like you have ever seen, but it is our commitment to compassionate quality care for more than 27 years that is truly distinctive.

The Relationship Coordinator plays a vital role in the satisfaction and well-being of our residents and in advancing our mission of helping people Live Life to its Fullest. This role is centered on relationships—listening deeply, responding thoughtfully, and supporting residents and families through change.

As the primary point of contact during a resident’s transition, you will welcome new residents into the community and guide them as they settle into their new home. You will serve as a trusted liaison between residents, families, and internal departments, calmly navigating concerns that may arise across services, care, or lifestyle. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, remains steady under pressure, and is energized by problem‑solving and pivoting as needs evolve. No two days are the same.

Strong attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build meaningful, lasting relationships are essential to success in this position.

  • Visit or coordinate visits to residents who are ill or hospitalized to ensure continued connection and support
  • Assist with resident advocacy initiatives by providing education and resources (e.g., voting assistance, estate planning resources, advance directives)
