Job summary

The Mahaffey Company is seeking a dedicated RSS Staff member to monitor and greet residents and guests, and to rove the property by golf cart and on foot. You will relay emergencies to on‑call maintenance, management or emergency services, while maintaining a positive rapport with residents and staff.

This is a full-time, on-site role requiring proactive, detail-focused follow-up. Responsibilities include circulating the property, directing traffic, responding to nuisance calls, logging

Qualifications

• Must be able to work a flexible schedule with a shift including Tue–Sat, 2:30pm–11:00pm.
• Ability to resolve resident concerns while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to write and communicate professionally.
• Ability to apply sound decision-making.
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork by assisting co-workers.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents and guests and greet them; rove property by golf cart and on foot.
• Circulate through clubhouses, pools and laundry rooms and direct traffic.
• Respond to emergencies and relay to on-call maintenance, management or emergency services.
• Log incidents accurately and report unusual activity to RSS Supervisor or Executive Director.
• Enforce property rules, assist deliveries, guide contractors and visitors, and secure entry points.
