Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities seeks a 3rdShift Concierge to keep our community secure and pristine overnight. You’ll stay alert, tackle tasks, and respond swiftly to emergencies, ensuring the grounds and facilities are ready for the next day.

A helpful, dependable attitude helps you create peace of mind for residents and guests. You will greet residents, manage calls, assist with room-service requests, and support operations while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and safety throughout

Qualifications

At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
High school diploma or GED.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Previous customer service experience and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Maintain exceptional cleanliness throughout the community, including restrooms and common areas.
Respond quickly to emergencies and monitor resident call systems.
Support safety by monitoring building systems and following emergency protocols.
Assist with administrative tasks such as room-service requests and scheduling transportation.
Greet residents and guests, handle calls professionally, and provide courteous valet services.
