Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or four years of relevant housing program experience.
• Familiarity with HUD, RD, TCAC, HOME regulations and government policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with managers to operate the Resident Services Program effectively.
• Develop and administer housing plans and retention strategies.
• Coordinate resident enrichment activities and community partnerships.
