Job summary

National CORE seeks a Services Coordinator at Hope Through Housing in Rancho Cucamonga, CA to develop and manage programs enhancing financial stability, mobility, and health for residents and surrounding communities.

You will work with onsite staff and external partners to provide education, workforce development, and wellness services, reporting to the regional director. Full-time, day shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, public health, social work or related field desirable.
• Experience in social services, education or related field providing case management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify resident needs and develop service plans.
• Coordinate access to community resources and referrals.
• Manage partnerships with service providers and external relations.
• Maintain resident services files and documentation.
• Provide/oversee After School Care Services and youth programs.
• Deliver financial literacy and economic mobility trainings.
