Job summary

Archway Communities, Inc. is seeking a Services Coordinator to support residents on-site, build trusting relationships, and connect them with resources to achieve stability and wellbeing.

You will manage programming, coordinate partnerships, and maintain documentation across multiple properties in a fast-paced community setting. The role emphasizes crisis-aware collaboration with property operations, adherence to privacy standards, and proactive outreach to residents and partners to strengthen

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee site-based programming, including monthly food access programs and site-specific events.
• Prioritize weekly resident retention support opportunities including resource referrals for budgeting, employment, education, benefits, and rental assistance.
• Supervise volunteers, instructors, and program partners onsite as needed.
• Support residents in maintaining housing, accessing benefits resources, and navigating systems while balancing community safety and standards.
• Maintain relationships with local service providers, nonprofits, government agencies, and community organizations.
• Coordinate partner schedules, space usage, and communication for on-site programming.
• Identify new partnership opportunities to expand available resources for residents.
• Uphold administrative deadlines in Apricot and ResMan, including reports, documentation, and budget tracking.
• Conduct crisis and risk assessments, coordinating with property operations and managers to ensure safety and appropriate intervention.
• Track grant reporting, audits, and compliance requirements in partnership with the Strategy Manager.
