Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in supportive services, case management, or community outreach.
• Proven experience coordinating resident services and collaborating with external agencies.
• Demonstrated ability to engage diverse populations facing housing stability or social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support all on-site service providers, ensuring they are well-resourced.
• Conduct outreach to build positive relationships with residents.
• Plan and host regular community gatherings and educational events.
