Job summary

TREK Development Group in Pittsburgh is seeking an engaged Assistant Community Manager for Dinwiddie, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff support, and resident relations across 95 units.

Under the direction of the Community Manager, you will support leasing, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and tenant relations while upholding TREK's Hospitality Covenant and delivering excellent service to residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Experience with RealPage or similar property management systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the property through excellent communication and feedback.
• Assist in preparation of budget and Monthly Operating Report; meet revenue, occupancy and resident satisfaction goals.
• Monitor leasing activity, retention, and recertifications; process applications and related reports.
• Ensure compliance with Tenant Selection Plan, Fair Housing regulations, and other regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Community Manager and staff to maintain smooth property operations.
