HallKeen Management is seeking a high-energy Resident Services Coordinator to work on-site at a family apartment community in Clearwater, FL. The RSC collaborates with the Property Manager to enhance residents' daily lives through social, educational, and economic resources.

The role involves building networks with local service agencies, guiding residents to support services, and contributing to a respectful, inclusive community climate through structured program delivery.

Qualifications

• Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and self-sufficiency.
• Candidate should have prior experience in social work or human services; a degree in social work or social services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and explain the resident services program and role.
• Develop cooperative network with local service agencies to help residents achieve life opportunities.
• Serve as liaison to community agencies for residents needing assistance.
• Develop a Resource Directory of service providers for residents.
• Assist property management to address eviction risk and mediate conflicts.
• Establish and track resident services program targets and report outcomes.
• Facilitate formation of Resident Associations for events and activities.
• Ensure inclusive communication to residents with limited English proficiency and accessibility needs.
• Complete other housing and resident related assignments as directed by supervisor.
