Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Coordinator to manage resident relations, communication, and community outreach. You will work closely with the Community Manager to foster a thriving residential environment and oversee program development, events, and resident retention initiatives.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic computer literacy, and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Resident relations management experience or能力 preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic familiarity with onsite software and general office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of resident relations and communication.
• Coordinate onsite activities and community outreach with staff and residents.
• Develop and implement resident retention programs and events.
• Prepare monthly newsletters and educational programs for social events.
• Address resident complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Assist Community Manager with staff training and coaching.
• Support adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ensure a positive living environment and community engagement.
