Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator in Houston to oversee resident relations, communications, and community outreach alongside the Community Manager. The role emphasizes creating a welcoming living environment and coordinating services that support resident satisfaction and retention.

You will plan programs, develop newsletters, and work with staff and housing agencies to ensure high-quality service while maintaining compliance with Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years housing industry experience.
• Ability to perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee resident relations and community outreach.
• Coordinate monthly newsletters and plan social events.
• Collaborate with staff and residents to develop services.
• Screen, hire, train, and coach on-site staff under Community Manager.
• Ensure staff compliance with company policies.
