Job summary

Maloney Properties in Lowell, MA is seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to support families and seniors across a 520-unit portfolio. The role focuses on connecting residents with community-based resources and developing programming.

You will collaborate with the Engagement & Empowerment Program Manager for Coalition For A Better Acre, coordinate events, assist with voter registration, and promote Acre neighborhood meetings as needed. Hours are 9:00am–5:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach or tenant services preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to develop and facilitate programming for diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on community resources to residents.
• Assist residents in accessing available services.
• Network and build partnerships with local and extended communities.
• Serve as the activities coordinator, planning and facilitating programming for various populations.
• Collaborate with the Engagement & Empowerment Program Manager for Coalition For A Better Acre.
• Plan large-scale community events, meetings, and workshops; assist with voter registration; promote Acre neighborhood meetings.
