Job summary

Maloney Properties LLC in Lowell, MA is seeking a full-time Resident Services Coordinator to support a 520-unit portfolio for families and seniors. The RSC will provide information on community resources and help residents access services, networking with local partners to bring additional support.

The role includes coordinating programming, serving as a liaison for tenant relations and empowerment, planning large events, assisting with voter registration, and attending Acre neighborhood

Qualifications

• BA or higher in Public or Community Health, Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Counseling or related field.
• Experience in human services or case coordination with diverse populations.
• MS Office skills required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on community-based resources to residents.
• Network with local and extended community to bring services to residents.
• Coordinate and facilitate programming for diverse populations.
• Collaborate with Coalition For A Better Acre program manager on tenant relations and empowerment.
• Plan large-scale community events, meetings, and workshops; assist with voter registration and attend Acre neighborhood meetings.
