Job summary

Beacon Communities LLC is seeking a dedicated Resident Service Coordinator to develop and coordinate resident services at Georgetowne Homes in Hyde Park, MA. You will partner with property management, engage with residents, and connect them to local resources to support housing stability.

The role emphasizes program development, contract management, and collaboration across teams to ensure community well‑being and successful outcomes for residents, including seniors and families.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, public health, or community development, or 3–5 years’ equivalent housing experience.
• Experience with older adults, wellness, and community programming is preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse communities and coordinate with partners.

Responsibilities

• Assess and refer residents to services and resources to improve housing stability.
• Build relationships with residents and connect them with local resources.
• Develop community engagement initiatives and manage programs and contracts.
• Coordinate budgets with property management and monitor expenditures.
• Prepare communications and outreach materials for residents and staff.
