Beacon Communities LLC in Hyde Park, MA is seeking a Property Operations Assistant to handle administrative duties for Georgetowne Homes and related communities. You will enter service requests, track maintenance, schedule inspections, and support pest control coordination while liaising with residents and vendors.

General Statement of Duties: The Property Operations Assistant is responsible for managing the administrative tasks for a large, complex community or group of communities. This employee supports the office and/or maintenance administrative duties of the organization. These duties include but are not limited to; service requests, preventive maintenance scheduling and follow-up, pest control management and scheduling, move in/out inspections, inspectional service department/boards of health coordination, project management and general administrative activities.
Supervision Received: Reports to Maintenance Team Supervisor/Sr. Maintenance Supervisor.
Supervision Exercised: N/A.
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt.
Physical Capabilities: Manual dexterity for competent use of office equipment. Ability to climb stairs and walk through the community.
Maintenance Technician Competencies required: Job Knowledge, Problem Solving/Analysis, Work Environment Safety, Planning, Interpersonal Skills, Communication.
Compensation: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
