Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of management experience; track record of customer service success.
• Ability to read and write simple correspondence and present information clearly.
• Proficiency with spreadsheet and word processing programs such as Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Anti-Drug Program and related activities.
• Network with community agencies and organizations to form partnerships.
• Coordinate Resident Council and leadership training.
• Advocate for residents and provide outreach and referral services.
• Prepare and submit HUD and corporate reports in a timely manner.
