Qualifications

• Four years of property management experience with leasing, marketing, and resident relations.
• Proficient with Entrata or similar property management software.
• Strong MS Word, Excel, and Google Workspace skills.
• Ability to analyze monthly financial statements and budgets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Protect, maintain, and enhance community value while optimizing resident experience.
• Direct day-to-day activities of loss prevention, risk management, safety, maintenance, marketing, leasing, and upkeep.
• Develop income through leasing strategy and cash flow management.
• Analyze monthly financials and variances; manage receivables.
• Oversee on-site maintenance, office staff, and leasing team.
• Maintain resident relations and handle repair requests.
• Coordinate revenues following lease obligations.
