The role involves partnering with local agencies, coordinating referrals, and preparing HUD reports. Regular travel between Rhode Island and nearby states is required, and a strong background in social services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in social services or related field.
• Experience in resident services, case management, or affordable housing is required.
• Experience working with community agencies and social service organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with residents to promote independence and self-sufficiency.
• Assess resident needs and connect individuals with community resources and services.
• Advocate for residents by educating them on programs and benefits.
