Envolve Community Management, LLC in Richmond, VA is seeking a full-time leasing consultant/office assistant to support the Community Manager at Saint Luke Apartment Community. You will handle rent collection, assist with move-ins, renewals, and day-to-day office tasks to ensure resident satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has lease agreement knowledge, HUD/HAP and Tax Credit experience, strong written communication, and solid organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Complete knowledge of lease agreements is required.
• HUD/HAP experience is required.
• Tax Credit experience is required.
• Bilingual is beneficial.
• Excellent written communication skills with special attention to details needed.
• Successful candidate must have strong organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
• Leasing experience is preferred.
• Must have working knowledge of computers and computer programs such as word and excel.
• Basic office skills such as faxing, typing, and filing is a must.
• Background Screening and Drug Test Required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Community Manager in rent collection and move-in inspections.
• Assist in renewal and retention programs for residents.
• Maintain knowledge of surrounding markets and complete weekly traffic reports.
• Inspect common areas, units, and grounds regularly.
• Input daily resident information related to walk-ins, move-ins, and move-outs.
• Maintain resident files and renewal paperwork.
• Distribute non-payment notices to delinquent residents.

Currently, we are searching for a full-time leasing consultant/office assistant to work at Saint Luke Apartment Community in Richmond, VA.

Duties:

• Responsibilities include assist Community Manager in rent collection, assist resident with inspection of their new home, and assist manager in implementation of resident renewal and retention programs.
