Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Resident Services Specialist in Houston to respond to residents, board members, and vendors with information, resolve account questions and billing inquiries, and document interactions in company systems.

The role requires 2-3 years of customer service experience, proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, and associates degree in business or related field preferred. Real estate experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Associate degree in business or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-3 years of customer service experience in a service industry setting.
Must have strong proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, OneNote, Teams, Excel.

Responsibilities

Professionally handle incoming requests from residents, board members, vendors, managers, and regional directors and ensure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly.
Collaborate with property managers, regional directors, internal departments, and associates to ensure timely resolution of inquiries.
Document the appropriate resolution of all interactions in the appropriate systems and applications.
Resolve all open inquiries within prescribed timelines while meeting KPIs.
Gather information from residents, board members, and vendors, access accounts, educate them to prevent future contacts, and document interactions.
