Job summary

Lifespace Communities in Mequon, Wisconsin is hiring a Scheduling Coordinator to maintain and manage staff schedules, adjust for census fluctuations and regulatory needs, and keep scheduling databases up to date. You will monitor overtime, ensure staffing stays within budget, and report on timekeeping data to keep operations smooth.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2–3 years of relevant experience, and CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree is preferred.
• 2–3 years of applicable scheduling experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide team member schedule and assignments.
• Update and adjust schedule based on census, regulatory requirements, and absences; fill vacancies with overtime awareness.
• Update schedule databases.
• Track tardiness, unplanned absences, requests for time off, and changes to scheduled hours; enter approved time off into systems.
• Ensure scheduled, total and overtime FTEs stay within budget.
• Track incidental overtime and complete other reports as assigned.
