Job summary

Lifespace Communities in Milwaukee is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to maintain and manage team member schedules, adjusting for census changes and regulatory needs while ensuring coverage within budget.

You will update scheduling databases, track overtime, and communicate staffing changes to leadership. A high school diploma is required; 2–3 years of experience and CPR certification are preferred, with Lifespace offering a meaningful mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred.
• Two to three years applicable experience.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and provide team member schedule and assignments.
• Update and adjust schedule based upon fluctuating census, regulatory requirements, planned and unplanned team member absences. Fill shift vacancies with overtime awareness.
• Update schedule databases.
• Track and inform assigned lead of tardiness, unplanned absences, requests for planned time off and requests for change in scheduled hours. Enter approved time off into scheduling database and timekeeping system.
• Ensure scheduled, total and overtime FTEs are within budget.
• Track incidental and approved overtime, and complete other reports as assigned.

Education
